PADI Advanced Open Water Special: If you want to keep learning under the supervision of a qualified diving instructor and also want to explore different diving destinations of the Riviera Maya: this is perfect for you!
Throughout this 6 dives you’ll discover the Cenotes, the island of Cozumel (a world known top destination for diving), plus the Playa del Carmen reef.
What to expect: During the PADI Special Advanced Course, you will dive 6 dives with practices and instruction, dives between the reefs of Playa del Carmen, the Island of Cozumel and Cenotes, you will know the best places in the Riviera Maya and at the same time you will continue training under the supervision of a PADI instructor with personalized service.
It is necessary to do 5 adventure dives to obtain the advanced PADI certification, two of them are mandatory (deep diving and underwater navigation), and you can choose between adventure dives such as drift diving, fish identification, buoyancy control , and/or sunken ship.

We recommend this plan:
1st and 2nd Dive in Playa del Carmen Reefs, we do a dive check refreshing your knowledge and adjusting your equipment. And we start the course with navigation diving.
3rd and 4th Diving in Cozumel Reefs, we can choose between Deep diving, Fish Identification, Wreck Dive (we need a minimum of 2 divers) and/or Drift diving.
*Normally the departure is by speedboat from Playa del Carmen directly to the reefs of Cozumel.
5th and 6th Diving in Cenotes, we do adventure diving in caverns, buoyancy control and/or deep diving (it depends on the cenote we choose)
Location: Playa del Carmen, Cozumel Reef and Cenotes.
Includes: 6 dives (2 Playa del Carmen, 2 Cozumel, 2 Cenotes); full equipment; study material; PADI Certification; snacks and water; Cenote entrances; Fast Boat from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel.
Duration: 3 days
Requirements: A minimum age of 16 years; good state of health; not taking flights at least 18 hours after your last dive; PADI Open Water Certification or its equivalent.
