Description
Sidemount Course Playa del Carmen
Carrying dive bottles on your back is not a requirement to explore the underwater world. Many divers have discovered the pleasure of mounting the bottles to the sides. Sidemount diving gives you flexibility and options to achieve a hydrodynamic position. Plus, there’s no need to carry heavy bottles on your back – just step into the water, hook them up and you’re done. Does that sound interesting to you? Then, sign up for the Sidemount course Playa del Carmen PADI.
Course content: In addition to learning the many benefits of diving with a sidemount configuration, during one confined water dive and three open water dives you’ll learn how to:
- Assemble and properly configure the sidemount diving equipment.
- Adjust your ballast system and sidemount equipment so that you’re perfectly balanced in the water.
- Manage the gas by changing the second stages as planned, if two bottles are carried.
Correctly respond to potential problems diving with sidemount.
